So yummy!! Good old fashioned homemade hamburgers topped with fresh produce and great service every time I visit here! The prices are low and I am so grateful to be able to get a healthier & tastier quick meal (versus fast food chains) that's affordable for the entire economy of our community

Great burgers. Enjoyed the tots & onion rings too. Very fresh taste. The purple cow shake was tasty as well. Best burger in Tupelo so far for a simple quality burger. And reasonable prices!Only a few picnic tables outside for seating, so expect to eat in your car or take your food to go if the weather is poor or its a busy time.

They have some of the best milkshakes you can get in the area around Tupelo.

I've been going here since I was born. My parents took us an now I continue this tradition an with friends an new comers also. This is an historical place for families to be family an go back in time if only for a little while. This place brings a smile every day I pass by or stop by. Thanks for keeping it alive.

Hamburgers were very good, but the ice cream was absolutely amazing.I wish we had tried this the first day of vacation, rather than the last. We would have stopped here everyday.

Always great food

I've been coming here since I was about 3 yrs old. I grew up next to Johnnie's Drive Inn and my granddaddy would buy me ice cream a few times a week here. I brought my kids growing up and now they bring their kids. Just keeping the tradition going. The ice cream is so wonderful. One of the best I have ever tasted. I love this place and hope it will always stay open for years to come. Food is great as well.

The ice cream was off the chain also got a cheeseburger and it was delicious too as well as the onion rings loved it

I love their milkshakes and is the main reason I visit. They are thick and made with real milk... so delicious! They also have great food and it's all cooked to order so it's always fresh!

Very "down home country" type feel, even has a little local history. Prices weren't too bad and the quality was good. They very much use dairy in their ice cream so if I have any lactose issues, beware.

This is a no-frills kind of place. But if you're looking for delicious, greasy, affordable fast food, there is no better place. Love the ice creams. Make sure to bring cash as they don't accept cards.

Service terrible 1/7/2020. Tonight's crew was slow. Chicken was burnt. They had trouble running registers Forgot part of order. Some of order wrong. Need better supervision.

The place has gone downhill. The burger and fries were barely edible. I won't go back.

I had an awful experience today at 3:30 pm. The lady at the right window was SO RUDE to me for no reason. All I was ordering was a strawberry sundae, and I clearly didn’t know how to order it to her standards. She made fun of me to my face, and then I went to pay her, she was worse. I was .20 cents short so I was just thought I would pay with a card. I haven’t been to the Dairy Kream in years, so I didn’t remember that they only took cash. She saw my card, whistled at me, pecked on the window where it says “cash only” and said ‘Hey can you see this??’ I work is customer service just like her, and there was no reason for her to treat me the way she did. I was so shocked at how she treated me, because all the memories I have as a child of the Dairy Kream are great ones! I hope the lady doesn’t treat anymore customers this way.

A long time Tupelo establishment for soft serve ice cream, burgers and traditional old school drive in fair. The soft serve ice cream is great and very affordable. I also recommend the rib eye sandwich. Be aware they are cash only.

Very American. They will give you what you ask for even if it's not on the exact menu. Soft serve ice cream, outdoor seating. A nice place to see a cool cross section of the Tupelo community. The BBQ sandwich is worth it.

I ate hear all the time until November 19th 2016. I ordered a variety of different things for me and my family which were all tasty as usual. After finishing the food and drinks I took the lid off my cup to eat my ice...This is all very normal...What wasn't normal was my cup was absolutely crawling with gnats. There were over a dozen gnats in my cup. After I found the critters in my cup I looked into the other cups to find just as many gnats in all the soft drinks. I called the restaurant about it immediately and told them what I found in my drink and also told them I had pictures but they just offered me a free ice cream cone for the trouble of having colony of gnats inside my beverages....Which felt like a complete dismissal of the outrage we all rightly felt having drank a bunch of bug juice. I told the manager no thanks to the "free" ice cream and I haven't been back since nor will I ever return.

Been coming here since the 1990s. Today was horrible. Our order was wrong and the staff acted like it was our fault! We had a trunk full of groceries and after waiting for 45 mins to get the wrong order we asked for our money back. TERRIBLE! Owner was there and ignored the whole thing. SHAMEFUL!
